Sorry it's taken so long but I thought I would just update you as to how Dell (or Della as we have renamed her!) is getting on. She settled in surprisingly quickly, not fazed by a new house and surroundings at all, we were quite surprised!! She's eating everything she is given (very rapidly at times!)! We did take her to register at the vets a couple of weeks ago where she had her various vaccinations, she didn't particularly like the worming tablet and spat it out 3 times!! We were wondering when she had it in July how did she have it? We are due back at the vets on Friday for her vaccine booster injection and another attempt at the worming tablet!!

We unfortunately haven't been able to let her out as yet as we are away for a week next week over half term and Dave's dad is kindly coming over to stay here and feed / look after her and we didn't want to give him the responsibility of having to let her out and getting her in before he goes off for the day (as we haven't got a flap yet!). When we are back she shall go out and fingers crossed will come back!!

I think that's all for now, she is good with the furniture and doesn't really scratch much, she sleeps with us and wakes us up fairly in the morning with a face full of whiskers!! But generally we think she just wants the company.

Overall she is so lovely and we are very happy with her!! I attach a picture for you to see how settled she is!!!
