| More: | Buddy is a tri-colour; broken to wire coated 'Jack'; a real head turner. Born in 4th of July! 04. He has found himself in rescue due to a marriage break up. His family weren't confident around dogs generally and tended to restrict his socialisation should his terrier ways came to the fore i.e. visitors. Buddy was also kept away from dogs outside but has socialised well in dogs company when gently introduced. In fact his confidence has gone from strength to strength. He now meets dogs well though may occasionally grumble under his breath.
Terriers; you love their character and work with it or shy away. We are delighted to have this little man with us. Terrier people have a sense of humour and lack "the blame consciousness"..lots of forgiveness and less analysis goes along way. 'OK so you don't like that my lad, we'll manage it slightly different next time..come on lets have a walk!' So Buddy is looking for a terrier experienced owner who lightens his concerns. Its like he grew up leading his nervous family. An owner that understands Buddy so wants to have fun; so wants to love and trust, but is a little wary until trust in developed..no worries lets play!
